a) Subscription Access
Subscription access is billed at $47 USD per month (or as otherwise updated on the Site).
By enrolling, you authorize recurring monthly billing to your selected payment method.
You may cancel your subscription by providing a minimum of 30 days’ written notice via email to help@jointhemetamorphosis.com
Access will continue until the end of the active billing period following cancellation.
Failure to provide proper notice may result in an additional billing cycle.
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
(b) Lifetime Access (One-Time Payment)
Lifetime access is granted upon a one-time payment as listed on the Site.
This includes access to all current and future Course content, as well as any included community features, unless otherwise stated.
Important:
“Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the Course, not your lifetime.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or sunset the Course at any time.
In the event the Course is discontinued, access may be terminated without compensation.
(c) Modifications to Content and Delivery
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:
Update, modify, or remove any Course content
Change the structure, format, or delivery method
Add or remove features, modules, or materials
These changes may occur at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, in our sole discretion. We may also introduce new offers, promotions, payment options, product tiers, or pricing structures at any time without prior notice.
(b) Course Availability
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, replace, suspend, discontinue, or sunset the Course, any physical product, or any component, feature, bonus, or material associated with them, at any time.
(c) Active Subscription Pricing
Subscription users will retain the pricing in effect at the time of their enrollment for so long as their subscription remains active and in good standing. If a subscription is canceled, terminated, suspended for non-payment, or otherwise interrupted, we reserve the right to reinstate access only at the then-current pricing.

Due to the immediate access provided, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Lack of participation
Dissatisfaction
Perceived results or lack of results
(d) Physical Products (Workbook, Kits, etc.)
Returns
We accept returns of physical products only if:
A return request is made within 14 days of delivery
The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition

Shipping & Delivery
We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues caused by carriers or events outside our control.
Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Used or damaged items
Items returned after 14 days
Items not in original condition
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Strictly Prohibited:

Share login credentials
Distribute, reproduce, or copy content
Upload materials to any platform (including Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
Record, screen capture, or download content
Teach, replicate, or create derivative works
Sell, sublicense, or redistribute materials
Anti-Piracy Enforcement
We actively monitor for unauthorized use.
If a violation occurs, we reserve the right to:
Immediately terminate access without refund
Pursue legal action
Seek financial damages
Recover lost revenue and enforcement costs
You agree that:
Unauthorized use may result in liquidated damages, including but not limited to a minimum of $5,000 USD per violation, where permitted by law
You are responsible for all legal fees associated with enforcement
License Termination
This license is effective until terminated. If you violate any provision of these Terms, your access and license to the Course and all materials will terminate immediately without notice.
Upon termination, you agree to cease all use of the content and destroy any copies in your possession.
We reserve the right to remove you from any community or program at any time, for any reason, including:
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior
Violation of these Terms
At our sole discretion
No refunds will be issued if access is revoked.
By purchasing, you agree:
Not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue
If a chargeback is initiated:
You are in breach of these Terms
We may immediately revoke access to all products and services
You remain liable for the full purchase amount
We reserve the right to provide these Terms, proof of access, and usage data to the payment processor to dispute the chargeback
If the chargeback is not resolved in your favor:
You agree to reimburse all costs associated with the dispute, including administrative fees, processing fees, and legal costs
We reserve the right to:
Send outstanding balances to collections
Pursue legal remedies
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not cancel your payment obligations or constitute a valid method of cancellation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for:
Loss of income or business
Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid.
Your participation in the Course does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and us.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own business decisions and outcomes.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Caramia Creative LLC and Jai Long Co, and their owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents, from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:
Your access to or use of the Course, Site, or any products or services
Your breach or alleged breach of these Terms
Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party
Your misuse, unauthorized use, or distribution of any content or materials
We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate fully in such defense.
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, not as part of a class action.
